The 8' American Cheesecake is a sweet dessert consisting of one or more layers. The main, and thickest, layer consists of a mixture of a soft, cream cheese, eggs and sugar.
STORAGE:
Each cake can be refrigerated for up to 4 days (preferably in an airtight container). Defrost in the refrigerator one day in advance, or at room temperature for 3 hours.
